Rasayana (rah-SAH-yah-nah) is a Sanskrit word meaning rejuvenation, renewal, and the nourishing pathways to longevity. In the yogic tradition, rasayana practices restore balance, promote vitality, and help us age gracefully in mind, body and heart. This vision is at the heart of Rasayana Yoga & Coaching—an exclusive hybrid studio that blends the wisdom of yoga with the modern tools of holistic health coaching.

Rasayana is not a one-size-fits-all program. It’s a carefully curated experience for those who value personalized attention and meaningful growth. Through private yoga, one-on-one health coaching, weekly live classes, and an on-demand video library, Rasayana offers an approach to well-being that meets you wherever you are.

ABOUT MICHELLE


Michelle Beaudreau is a yoga teacher, chair yoga specialist, and holistic health coach dedicated to making yoga and wellness accessible for every body. With over 20 years of personal practice, she was inspired to deepen her expertise in 2024 by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Colynn Cespedes of Frik-Shuhn Yoga. Colynn’s teachings on functional yoga—emphasizing how the practice feels in the body rather than how it looks—continue to shape Michelle’s approach and form the foundation of Rasayana Yoga. Today, she offers yoga and mindfulness classes online, private coaching, small-group sessions, and holistic health transformation programs. She also teaches live studio classes at Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness in Hampton, NH.
