It’s especially beneficial for those who spend a lot of time sitting, are new to yoga, or are looking for a safe, supportive way to stay active. For safety and ease of movement, please use a sturdy chair without arms. Simple props like yoga blocks or a strap may be used; if you don’t have them, household items like books or a belt work just as well.
