Guided Visualization invites you to relax deeply as you are led through calming imagery and intentional breathwork. This practice helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and unlock the power of imagination to create a sense of peace, clarity, and inner balance. Perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike, visualization can support relaxation, emotional healing, or simply give you a restorative pause in your day. All you need is a comfortable seat or a quiet space to lie down—no props required, though a blanket or pillow can add extra comfort. Instructions and Zoom link for joining will be shared in the confirmation email sent when you register and one hour before the call.
