60 Minute Yin Yoga

60 Minute Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on long-held, passive postures designed to target the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia. By holding poses for several minutes with the support of props, you’ll gently stretch and release tightness, improve flexibility, and cultivate stillness in both body and mind. This practice encourages mindfulness and inner awareness, making it a perfect complement to more active forms of yoga or a busy lifestyle. It’s accessible for all levels and especially beneficial for reducing stress, increasing mobility, and creating space for deep relaxation. Props like bolsters, blankets, pillows, or yoga blocks are recommended; if you don’t have them, household items such as cushions or towels work just as well. Instructions and Zoom link for joining will be shared in the confirmation email sent when you register and one hour before the call.
