A Christmas Carol Yoga: Past, Present & Future

This special holiday yoga class is inspired by A Christmas Carol and invites you to journey through Past, Present, and Future using gentle movement, mindful breath, and guided reflection.

We’ll begin by honoring the Past, creating space to release what no longer serves you and reflect on the lessons of the year behind you. Through slow, grounding poses and intentional breathwork, you’ll be supported in letting go with compassion.

From there, we’ll move into the Present, cultivating gratitude and presence through a steady, heart-centered flow. Gentle standing sequences and mindful balance invite you to fully arrive in the moment and reconnect with what matters most right now.

Finally, we’ll explore the Future, opening the body and mind to possibility and intention. Restorative postures, visualization, and a deeply relaxing savasana will help you plant seeds for the year ahead with clarity and calm.

This class is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive if you’re seeking a meaningful, nourishing way to slow down during the busy holiday season.
