In Person Vinyasa Flow at Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness

Join me live in studio at Hampton Beach Yoga for 60 minutes Vinyasa Flow!

Vinyasa Flow is an energizing practice that links movement and breath in a dynamic, creative sequence. Each posture flows smoothly into the next, building heat and strength while cultivating balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Expect a mix of standing, balancing, and floor poses woven together with intentional transitions that leave you feeling both grounded and uplifted. This class is accessible for all levels, with options to modify or deepen as needed.

Registration Details:

Class takes place at Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness, 339 Ocean Blvd., Hampton, NH. Park across the studio in the metered lot. Meters are still in effect in September and October but do not start until 8:00 a.m. Sign up at: www.hamptonbeachyoga.com

About Yoga Teacher Michelle

Michelle Beaudreau is a yoga teacher, chair yoga specialist, and holistic health coach dedicated to making yoga and wellness accessible for every body. With over 20 years of personal practice, she was inspired to deepen her expertise in 2024 by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Colynn Cespedes of Frik-Shuhn Yoga. Colynn’s teachings on functional yoga—emphasizing how the practice feels in the body rather than how it looks—continue to shape Michelle’s approach and form the foundation of Rasayana Yoga. Today, she offers yoga and mindfulness classes online, private coaching, small-group sessions, and holistic health transformation programs. She also teaches live studio classes at Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness in Hampton, NH.
