Build strength. Improve balance. Move with confidence.
Yoga Strength is a full-body class that blends mindful yoga with functional strength training. Designed to help you move better in everyday life, this class improves muscle strength, balance, mobility, posture, and endurance—all while staying connected to your breath.
Unlike high-intensity fitness classes, Yoga Strength emphasizes quality of movement over speed. You'll flow through yoga poses, build strength with functional exercises, challenge your balance, and finish feeling energized, grounded, and accomplished.
We'll incorporate a variety of strengthening tools, including light dumbbells (typically 2–5 pounds), resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to help build functional strength. All equipment is optional, and you'll always be encouraged to work at a level that feels right for your body.
Whether you're lifting groceries, climbing stairs, hiking your favorite trail, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident in your body, this class helps you build strength that supports real life.
