Slow Flow at Holistic Health Hive

Slow Flow is an invitation to soften, breathe, and come back to yourself. In this 50-minute in-person class, you’ll move through a gentle, mindful flow designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and release stress while creating more ease in both body and mind. With a steady pace and a focus on breath, this practice offers space to slow down, reconnect, and feel more grounded. Class is open to a variety of experience levels, with supportive options offered along the way so you can honor your body and make the practice your own. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you enjoy using, such as blocks, a strap, or a blanket for added comfort and support.

About Yoga Teacher Michelle

Michelle Beaudreau is a yoga teacher, chair yoga specialist, and holistic health coach devoted to helping people feel more at home in themselves through movement, mindfulness, and whole-person wellness. With over 20 years of personal practice, she was inspired to deepen her study in 2024 by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Colynn Cespedes of Frik-Shuhn Yoga. Colynn’s teachings on functional yoga—focusing on how the practice feels in the body rather than how it looks—continue to shape Michelle’s approach and form the heart of Rasayana Yoga. Today, Michelle offers yoga and mindfulness classes online, private coaching, small-group sessions, and holistic health transformation programs, while also creating meaningful in-person experiences that support connection, balance, and living well.
