Step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful surroundings of Stonehouse Pond in Barrington.
During this approximately 1.6-mile experience, we’ll combine gentle hiking, mindful walking, and guided meditation. As we travel through the forest, you’ll be invited to slow down, become more present, and notice the sights, sounds, and sensations of the natural world. We’ll also pause in a peaceful location for a short, guided meditation before completing the loop together.
No meditation experience is necessary—simply come prepared to walk, breathe, and spend meaningful time in nature.
The trail is rated Easy by AllTrails, but it is a natural woodland trail with some hills, rocks, roots, and uneven terrain. Please wear sturdy walking or hiking shoes and be comfortable navigating these conditions. We’ll move at a relaxed group pace, but this event may not be appropriate for anyone who requires a completely flat walking surface.
