This special winter-themed class blends gentle yoga, mindful movement, and deep relaxation to support your body and nervous system after the busyness of the holidays. Expect a slow, accessible flow with longer, grounding poses, intentional breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you fully unwind. Aromatherapy will be thoughtfully incorporated to enhance relaxation and create a warm, calming atmosphere.
We’ll close with an extended, cozy savasana featuring soft lighting and optional weighted eye pillows, inviting rest and renewal. After class, stay for the “mingle” — enjoy light refreshments and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming community space.
