About Yoga Teacher Michelle

Michelle Beaudreau is a yoga teacher, chair yoga specialist, and holistic health coach dedicated to making yoga and wellness accessible for every body. With over 20 years of personal practice, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Colynn Cespedes of Frik-Shuhn Yoga in 2024. Michelle’s approach—rooted in functional yoga and mindful movement—emphasizes how yoga feels in the body rather than how it looks. Through Rasayana Yoga, she offers online and in-person classes, private coaching, and holistic health transformation programs designed to rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit.
