This outdoor summer series is a chance to pause the noise of the week and return to yourself—through gentle movement, breath, and the grounding energy of being outside.
Each class is a slow, accessible flow, designed for all levels. We’ll move mindfully, release tension, and create space—physically and mentally—so you leave feeling more calm, clear, and reset.
Classes are held outdoors on the lawn at Holistic Health Hive, offering a peaceful, open-air setting that feels both grounding and energizing. Think fresh air, soft movement, and a welcoming community.
